IN AREAS INTENDED FOR FOOD PREPARATION

                    The air quality in various types of indoor environments for almost half a century is one of the important issues
                    discussed by scientists of many areas of science such as chemistry, medicine, environmental engineering or design
                    and construction of ventilation systems. Specific (in terms of emission sources, the type and quantity of pollutants
                    that may be present in the indoor air) type of the indoor microenvironment, which is the object of studies are
                    individual and commercial premises/areas designed and used for the preparation and consumption of various types
                    of meals (due to the customary activities carried out there).
